Diet " Vitaminka "



The rules are very simple: during the diet allowed to eat only protein foods , fruits and vegetables . Fats and carbohydrates are absolutely excluded . In the category of banned products fall : ketchup, mayonnaise , sour cream, soft drinks, juices, beer , alcohol , etc. are allowed only moderate salt intake . Protein and vitamin components of the diet are taken separately , during different meals.

As for the liquid you can drink mineral and regular water (preferably hot ), tea without sugar and herbal infusions . The amount of these liquids is limited . There needs 6 times with an interval of 2.5 hours . Diet can be repeated with breaks for a week .

Sample menu diet " Vitaminka " for 7 days:

Monday:

8.00 - 2 boiled eggs ( protein component )
10.30 - 1 grapefruit ( vitamin component)
13.00 - 200 grams of cooked lean meat ( protein component )
15.30 - 2 apples ( vitamin component)
18.00 - 200 g of boiled fish ( protein component )
20.30 - 1 large orange ( vitamin component)

Tuesday:

8.00 - 100 g cottage cheese ( protein component )
10.30 - half sweetie or 1 orange ( vitamin component)
13.00 - 200 g of boiled chicken meat ( protein component )
15.30 - 2 apples ( vitamin component)
18.00 - 200 g of boiled fish ( protein component )
20.30 - 1 large orange ( vitamin component)

Wednesday :

8.00 - 1 cup of milk , a piece of cheese ( protein component )
10.30 - orange juice ( vitamin component)
13.00 - 200 g of boiled liver ( protein component )
15.30 - salad of carrots and raisins , seasoned with lemon juice ( vitamin component)
18.00 - 200 g of boiled chicken ( protein component )
20.30 - 1 large tomato ( vitamin component)

Thursday :

8.00 - baked white fish ( protein component )
10.30 - a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers , dressed with lemon juice and soy sauce (1 drop ) ( vitamin component)
13.00 - 200 grams of cooked lean meat ( protein component )
15.30 - 1 pear, berries 100 g ( vitamin component)
18.00 - 200 g of boiled sausage without fat ( protein component )
20.30 - 1 large orange ( vitamin component)

Friday:

8.00 - 1 yogurt , 1 slice of cheese ( protein component )
10.30 - 1 grapefruit ( vitamin component)
13.00 - 200 g boiled fish ( protein component )
15.30 - oven-baked beets, tomato juice ( vitamin component)
18.00 - 200 g of boiled chicken ( protein component )
20.30 - fruit salad ( vitamin component)

Saturday :

8.00 - 2 boiled eggs ( protein component )
10.30 - 1 grapefruit ( vitamin component)
